By using slipsurgeon.com or our emails, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The short version: Slip Surgeon sends model-built sports information for entertainment. We don't take bets, we don't promise results, you must be 21+, and you can cancel anytime.

1. Information and entertainment only

Slip Surgeon provides sports stats, trends and model-generated prop slips: what our system found that may be likely on a given day. It is not betting, financial or professional advice. Every decision about whether to place a bet, and how much, is yours.

2. No guarantees

Sports outcomes are uncertain. Our picks can and do lose. Odds, lines and player availability change quickly, and a price shown in an email may be different or gone by the time you open your sportsbook. Always confirm the price, the legs and the injury report in your app before you place anything. We are not responsible for any losses.

3. Who can use Slip Surgeon

You must be 21 or older and located in a place where sports betting is legal for you. It's your responsibility to follow the laws where you live and your sportsbook's rules.

4. Not affiliated with any sportsbook

Slip Surgeon is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by FanDuel, BetMGM or any other sportsbook. "One-tap" buttons are links that open the sportsbook's own site or app with suggested selections. We never place bets, hold funds or see your sportsbook account.

5. Full Access subscription

Full Access is a recurring subscription (currently $9.99/month for founding members), sold and billed through Kit's checkout, with payments processed by Stripe.
Your plan renews automatically each billing period until you cancel.
Half-off first month offer: the code shown to confirmed email subscribers takes 50% off your first billing period of Full Access only (currently $4.99). It's limited to one per person, a card is required at checkout, and your plan renews at $9.99/month after the first month unless you cancel before renewal. We may change or end this offer at any time.
Cancel anytime with the manage link in your Kit receipt email or by writing to contact@slipsurgeon.com. Cancellation stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Payments already made are generally not refunded, but if something went wrong, email us and we'll make it right where we reasonably can.
We may change features or prices. A price change for an existing subscription will be emailed to you before it takes effect.

6. Your use of our content

Our emails, slips and graphics are for your personal use. Please don't resell or republish Full Access content.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, Slip Surgeon is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including betting losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
